Oliver Amft is coordinating the iCareNet network at TU Eindhoven. Oliver is a Full Professor (W3) at University of Passau (Germany) heading the Chair of Sensor Technology and leading the ACTLab research group.

Xavier L. Aubert

Xavier L. Aubert studied in Belgium at the Engineering faculty of the University of Louvain, got his University degree in 1978 as "Civil Engineer in Applied Mathematics" and did a PhD in "Numerical Methods for Simulation of Free-Surface Flows" at the same university.

Hans Gellersen

Hans Gellersen is a Professor of Interactive Systems in the School of Computing and Communications at Lancaster University. He has a long-standing track record in ubiquitous computing and systems for human-computer interaction.

Mark van Gils

Mark van Gils is Principal Scientist at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland. He is leading the Signal and Image processing team in the area ICT for Health. He received his M.Sc. degree in Applied Physics from the Technical University Eindhoven in 1990. In 1995 he obtained a Ph.D.

Martin Glos

Medical Engineer, obtained his academic degree in electrical engineering in 1994 and in computer science in 1998. In 2005 he received the degree "Medical physicist" issued by the Humboldt University Berlin.

George Kampis

Has been acting as founding chairman and Professor (since 1994) of the department of History and Philosophy of Science at Eˆtvˆs University in Budapest (http://hps.elte.hu). Holds a PhD and a Habilitation in Biology and a D.Sc. in Philosophy of Science.
