Harald Reiter
Biography:
Harald Reiter is principal scientist with Philips Research Europe. He started 1988 at Broadcast Television Systems focusing on telecine high-speed data conversion. Since 1993 he works at Philips Research in the field of medical applications, since 1999 concentrating on systems and applications for Telemedicine and Personal Healthcare. Harald Reiter was the technical coordinator of MyHeart, a 6th Framework EU Integrated Project for fighting Cardio Vascular Diseases. Recently he became the project coordinator of HeartCycle, which is a 7th Framework EU Integrated Project concentrating on compliance and effectiveness in closed-loop disease management.
